Pharmacy
The pharmacy of the Levant Clinic offers a therapeutic supply 24h/24. This service is located in the 4th basement of building A and can be reachable through 5 elevators, two of them being reserved to transport the medicines to the floors.
Functions
Different functions related to the medicines and to medical instruments are given to the pharmacist who works in the hospital:
- Supplying and be in charge of the medicines and the medical instruments;
- Preparing some medicines (parenteral nutrition, centralized restoration of chemotherapies, pharmaceutical radiographies), and sterilized medical instruments;
- Distributing medicines to inpatients and ambulatory patients;
- Preparing dosages and monitoring some medicines;
- Drug safety monitoring and securing the medicines channel;
- Training and informing doctors, nurses, etc.
The pharmacy of the clinic contains:
- A pharmaceutical preparation room
- A locker room for the staff
- A desk for the pharmacist
- A work room
- A warehouse to store all the medicines

Pharmacie
La pharmacie de la CDL assure un approvisionnement thérapeutique 24h/24. Ce service se situe au sous sol 4 du bâtiment A, accessible par 5 ascenseurs dont 2 réservés aux transports des médicaments vers les étages.
Fonctions
Différentes fonctions concernant les Médicaments et les Dispositifs Médicaux sont confiées au pharmacien hospitalier :
- L' approvisionnement et la détention des médicaments et des dispositifs médicaux ;
- La préparation de certains médicaments (nutrition parentérale, reconstitution centralisée des chimiothérapies, radio pharmaceutiques), et de dispositifs médicaux stériles ;
- La distribution aux patients hospitalisés et ambulatoires ;
- Le dosage et le contrôle de certains médicaments ;
- La pharmacovigilance et la sécurisation du circuit du médicament ;
- La formation et l'information des médecins, des infirmières, etc.
Le rôle du pharmaciens nos permet une information et une veille technologique sur l'ensemble des produits.
La pharmacie de la Clinique est composée de :
- Une salle de préparation pharmaceutique
- Un vestiaire pour le personnel
- Un bureau pour le pharmacien
- Une salle de travail
- Un dépôt pour stocker les médicaments
Les activités des pharmaciens hospitaliers sont tournées essentiellement vers la biologie (analyses médicales), et l'hygiène.
